This page can be used for privacy-choice and account-management requests related to the GymCosmos website, iOS app, Android app, and related backend services.
Access and update
You can review and update your GymCosmos profile data inside the app, including your name, body metrics, goals, rest days, experience level, and workout preferences.
Delete your account
You can delete your account, profile, generated plans, and workout logs from the profile/settings flow in GymCosmos. A recent sign-in session may be required before deletion is completed.
Local device data
Local browser or app storage may keep session state, theme selection, and cached workout data on your device. Clearing local storage or removing the app can remove device-local data.
